Committees:

Our Parents Club needs your help and involvement. We would appreciate your willingness to serve on one of the committees. Please read committee descriptions and put a check next to the committee you would like to work on.

Adopt-A-Doolie	Matches new Doolie parents with upperclassmen parents, for the purpose of communication and sharing of information
All-Academy Ball	Represents the NIPC and AFA on the All-Academy Ball Committee.  Handles arrangements within the NIPC for this event.  Monthly meetings will begin in August.
Arrangements	Arranges the locations for club meetings & special events. May include: invitations, collecting responses, decorating, food preps, etc.
Class/Alumni Reps	Communicates to/from the Cadets & parents in the Class group. Sends birthday cards and holiday gifts.  Coordinates the purchase of graduation gifts for the Firsties
Hospitality	Welcomes new members and guests at club activities.
Newsletter	Keeps members informed of activities of the club and at the Academy
Parent Weekend	Helps to facilitate accommodations in Colorado Springs for Parents Weekend (and Graduation Week).
Raffle	Arranges and conducts raffles at club events.  Raffles are the Club’s biggest fund-raising program
Fund Raising	Coordinates fundraising at General Meetings
Webpage	This committee works closely with our Webmaster.  Gathers and updates information about the Club’s membership, activities, Cadet stories and AFA news for our online site
