Major: Geo Spatial Science / Minor German
Kyle graduated from DGS not only with a
diploma, but a Presidential Award, VFW Citizenship Award, National Honor
Society and Academic Achievement Awards. Kyle wanted to attend USAFA for
the opportunity to fly cargo and refueling aircraft in the Air Force.
Kyle has his private pilot's license and
loves to fly. He has multiple hours flying complex twin engine aircraft.
He enjoys mountain biking, reading and anything aviation.
Kyle will start the 2008 summer sessions on
leave with a 3 week Olmstead trip to the Western Balkans. he will visit
Budapest Hungary, Crotia, Bosnia and Sarajevo. The second session he
will be a Cadre for the first Beast to help welcome the 2012 class to the
Academy and the third session will spend time wtih his family. Two the
big "C's" on the horizon for Kyle are Commitment in August and a Car on
campus.
Kyles' cousin Roger Schemenaur graduated
from USAFA.
