Caitlin is the daughter of Col. Robert &
Wanda Glitz. Caitlin wants to serve her country and values the education
that USAFA provides. Caitlin has an identical twin sister who is in Army
ROTC at Providence College, RI. Her mother served in the USAF/NC Air
National Guard as a Flight Nurse and separated as a Captain.
Caitlin's favorite sport is Cross Country.
She won the Des Plaines Young Superstar Volunteer of the Year Award for 2007 for
her many volunteer hours which included organizing a relief effort for wounded
soldiers at her school. She and her sister also initiated the first Color
Guard at The Willows Academy.
Her father is Col. Robert J. Glitz, USAF,
Retired, class of '73. She has two uncles who attended USAFA:

Caitlin was awarded the Outstanding Basic
Cadet for her flight which was Aggressors, B Flight !!
